This is the original stir and pack tool made for the Vapium LITE. One end has a pointed tip for stirring dry herb in the chamber, and the other works as a packing tool for tamping it down. It is made of steel, measures about 3 inches and comes in black. The listing says it is built to stow in the bottom of the Vapium LITE, so it travels with the device instead of getting lost in a bag. As an OEM part it is sized for the Vapium LITE specifically, so it is not meant for other models.
