At that moment, he asked me to help make Clovis chocolates the next big hit with Italian kids, and to get Nutella banned from the country. As a condition, I asked Don Mancuso to convince the parmesan producers to make a chocolate-filled parmesan that’s gonna be the next big thing, hitting delis in NYC, where it’ll be used as a filling for pizzas, sandwiches, and desserts in high-end steakhouses. It’ll also become the new ingredient in the Philly cheesesteak, which will now be made with chocolate cheese."
